Cancellation Policy
Booking and Cancellation Policy To secure your event, a credit or debit card is required at the time of online booking. This ensures we can manage any necessary charges for free sessions, paid packages, or offline arrangements. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate a new date based on availability at no penalty. Cancellations: Free Window: More than 24 hours before your event → $0 fee Paid Window: Less than 24 hours before your event or no-show → $50 fee (or applicable % of event cost) Multiple Knights / Custom Packages: For events with three or more knights, custom planning and pricing may apply. All fees are applied to cancellations or no-shows to ensure fairness and allow proper allocation of staff and resources. Taxes may apply to all fees as required.
