Participation in Bash and Banter Entertainment activities—including but not limited to armored combat demonstrations, Knight School training, staged performances, and interactive event experiences—involves inherent physical risks.

By attending or participating in any event or program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You understand that activities may involve physical exertion, contact, and the use of props or simulated weapons

  • You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including the risk of injury, illness, or property damage

  • Bash and Banter Entertainment, its owners, staff, instructors, performers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation, except where required by law

Participant Responsibility

Participants agree to:

  • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by staff

  • Use equipment only as directed

  • Immediately report any unsafe conditions or injuries

Failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the activity without refund.

Medical Acknowledgment

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You do not have any condition that would make participation unsafe, or you have consulted a medical professional

Minors

For participants under 18:

  • A parent or legal guardian must provide consent

  • The parent/guardian accepts all risks on behalf of the minor
